This year it might not be "mediocrity maintained" but "mediocrity perfected".

Dark clouds over Gillette today. But while walking to the parking lot after the game, I spotted a thin ray of light shining down from the heavens. It was green. I could've sworn I heard God chuckle.

So far they're not even mediocre, they're just bad. Which is really fun to see, since they were supposed to be "contendahs" this year.

Shouldn't one of those buttons be a butt fumble, or is that a combination of keys?

It's a cheat code to unlock the buttfumble.

Fumble (d-pad up), Fumble (joystick click), Fumble (d-pad down)

3 Fumble code because of the 3 fumbles that led to 3 TDs for the Pats in 58 seconds.

The Browns are ranked 2nd all time in titles won per season's played, with 8 titles in 67 years. Here is the top ten;

1 Green Bay Packers 13-95
2 Cleveland Browns 8-67
3 Baltimore Colts/Ravens 5-52
4 Chicago Bears 9-96
5 Dallas Cowboys 5-56
6 New York Giants 7-91
7 Pittsburgh Steelers 6-83
8 Boston/N.E. Patriots 4-56
9 San Fran. 49ers 5-70
10 Wash. Redskins 5-84
Pre-Super Bowl titles shouldn't be counted

Wasn't there a story last Monday or Tuesday that the Jets held a very intense team meeting after the KC loss and that meeting would lead to better things in the future? Bowles or a player said it would be a turning point in their season. Didn't quite turn out the way they thought, I guess.

Some of their fans do. But it really is pathetic when you have to tell them, "Wrecks Ryan is not walking through that door, folks."
I almost feel sorry for Jets fans.... Sike, screw them. I hope they go 1-15 this season as Rex Ryan eats a burger on Buffalo's sideline laughing.

Or perhaps worse, "Rich Kotite is not walking through that door, folks."

I wonder if the Jets want Rex Ryan back?

Sure, some do. I didn't want to get rid of him, but that's not a knock on Bowles. Both good guys, Rex was just more fun and inspirational.

Bottom line, in this league no coach/team will consistently do well w/o a QB.

Can honesty say though, it's good to see Rex win whenever it happens (unless of course it's a week 17 game vs the Jets).

He would go to a particular restaurant/bar after good wins in North Jersey. Guy definitely knows how to have a good time. I'm sure he'll be doing the same somewhere up in Buffalo tonight. Good for him.

Are you just as happy for Wrecks when he beats your pathetic franchise, like he did twice last year?

I for one wonder what Todd Bowles was doing after the Jets took their 3rd loss of the season. Probably regretting signing on the dotted line to become HC of the NYJ.
