Yep. Thanks for the summary. I've read the reports that have said it is unlikely he will make it back but....thats it. No meat or other info.

The fact that he is helping Scruggs in the building is pretty cool and to some extend a positive development.

I think they need him. Cannon is OK but Vollmer gives me a little more confidence.

Maybe Fleming is ready to take over ..

I don't think this impacts their Super Bowl chances

I, on the other hand on this board am the king of conspiracy theories (not in real life but in sports).

Joker's not going to get a bunch of his people together and plan a way to kick your ass for saying this.

Or is he?

For those interested in the gory details:

What an incredible profession.. i cant imagine doing that to live humans lol "Well lets just cut some flesh here, then STRETCH some flesh there, now lets cut a little bit more flesh and interior muscle/tissue here.. there we go.. now lets SLICE that tendon there..."

God forbid, if Brady goes down with a season-ending injury, is it possible to place Brissett back on the roster?

He could be designated to return, but honestly if we're in a situation where we need to rely on Jacoby Brisset, we're better off signing a veteran...

Or......

TEBOW!!!!!

Yes its possible, a team can bring 1 player back from IR each year now.. you don't have to identify that player ahead of time anymore, which is a great rule change and they should continue to make more rule changes in the future to expand on this type of thing

The rule change should be that an unlimited amount of players can come off IR.
