I don't think that's how it works.
Teams are busy right now talking about potential trades (picks for picks, picks for current players) as options on draft day.
You will see a lot of wheeling and dealing on Saturday due to the work GM's are performing at this very minute.

Undoubtedly so, sort of. There could be pick trades being talked out, and potential trading partners shaking imaginary hands now, but the pre draft pick for player stuff (aka Dillon) usually gets announced by now. Same thing for those FA's. Usually see one or two signed just prior to the draft.
