Amazing how Ben Volin has an article ready immediately after the trade to let us know the Pats will be finishing 4th in the AFC East.

The Jets had a legendary draft last season.

All 3 players are all pros.

Agreed that it was a great draft. However, my Saints in 2017 drafted Marshon Lattimore (DROY), Alvin Kamara (OROY), and Ryan Ramczyk (3 time all-pro and RT anchor). They also got 5 year starter at free safety Marcus williams (now with Baltimore), and two time pro bowler Trey Hendrickson (Cincinnati).

No titles, and the top 3 now have 6 years on them, and the Saints are barely a borderline playoff team. I guess my point is that consistently drafting "well" trumps a single "Great" draft every time. And the Jete have had some horrible drafts the past 10 years

So I have the Bills a lock for 1st, shocker.

Think we could take 2nd if Rodgers takes a few games to get synced with his WR... AND Mac puts in a 30 TD 12 INT type effort. If not, hope for 3rd and maybe a wildcard.

I have Miami in 4th. Sad as it is for him, I really think Tua is more than likely to be on IR again by midseason.. his "learning how to fall" is utter nonsense, that all goes out the window when you're being slammed down by a DE. Then we just hope Brady doesn't fill in!

If the Jets get Rodgers from last year, they are going to lose big in this trade and have to consider sitting him come November to avoid having to give up a first rounder. Rodgers was pretty average last year. It was arguably one of his worst years if not his worst.

We still have the draft and midseason trades.
However if we don’t net 2 more playmaking WRs, a pass catching back.
A upgrade at QB a sturdy O line. Pass defending lbs a space eater nose tackle, a Punter.
A shut down CB dear god this list is astronomical.

That fact is overrated. Most of the games the Dolphins won against the Pats with Tua, Tua was awful and won despite of him. Last year was the only game be played “well” and even that game he played like crap for most of the game And just made a couple of big plays.

I can agree with QB sadly my eyes don’t lie.
Have faith in Bourne Thornton Gesicki, Hopefiloy we have a plan for Smith Shuster.
None of these WRs are 1s.

Jets have 2 1’s
Dolphins have 2 1’s
Bills a 1.5
We have a bunch of third rate WRs
I really Believe the middle rounds you can get Mingo and Wheaton or Andreas in the 5th range.

I think it’s imperative we walk away with 2 good WRs whether we trade for Jeudy or not,
In this NFL if you have a weapon at QB you are in every game.
That’s why I think the price to trade up for that QB is well worth it.
Don’t tell me we can’t Move on from Mac he’s just in his third season.
AZ saw it with Rosen.
NYJ saw it with Wilson
Niners see Lance isn’t who they thought he would be.
Redskins saw it with RG3
Rams saw it with Goff who got them to a frickin SB.
If you don’t have one you have nothing.

Good post I am sure Mac fans would love to make Mac the exception. I know what I saw with my eyes too.

Overrated really?? Until we beat them with Tua @ QB the fact still stands.
