If suspended BEGGING Tom Brady to sue NFL

I wonder if TB could take the NFL to court and force a neutral arbitraitor? I would rather TB retire than take a suspension.

Yes, if the suit is based upon unfair labor practices. Leaking false information to defame a union member would be a textbook unfair labor practice, in my opinion.

The only drawback is that he would likely have to positively identify at least some of the NFL employees who leaked bad info.

I am thinking about it logically. He will fight any punishment they give him and he will win. Anything less than a fight provides the perception of guilt. His fans demand he fight this, he is too competitive to allow them to slander his name.

Now that it is official... It hit me that I want him to fight.... I guess now that it is real it hit me...
