Way to support TB12. You're one heck of a fan!

And the first wave of chicken littles are starting to arrive. God damn.

Belichick will play whoever he thinks will give them the best chance to win even if it's not Brady.

Lmao. **** you. I hope Brady retires.

Didn't know f'n Ben Volin had an account on here. Must be sharing it with Breer. P**s off.

There is no chance there's a team stupid enough to give the Patriots a first round pick for Garoppolo.
I think a 4-0 Garoppolo would warrant a first round pick. A somewhat proven commodity vs a first round draft crap shoot would be very tempting for a bottom tier team lacking a quarterback.

Can you imagine if we go 4-0 AND get our 1st round pick back by trading JG? The haters' heads would explode.

I kind of worry that Bill would make the switch. He's the only coach to have the balls to do it. He doesn't get emotions involved in these sorts of decisions. You also have to hope he isn't just sliiiightly pissed at Brady that they lost a 1st rounder (I know it's not fair to blame him, but still)

It would sicken me to see Brady be done as a Patriot [starter] under these circumstances. Better not happen.

I'm also not from Boston and I'd be heartbroken if I never got the chance to see the greatest QB of all time play in person. My money situation is getting better and this is the year I planned to finally make the trip.
BB is very cold hearted towards business decisions but he got the back of players who bust their butt for him. Troy Brown and Bruschi are examples.

It would probably be a higher (I mean better) choice than the one we lost.

The problem is that if it were, we would lose that one and get our original pick back.

I can't imagine any situation in which Brady doesn't start even if the 4 game suspension holds, JG goes 4-0 and has a decent passer rating. There's just no way. Brady is more motivated now than ever. 4-0 doesn't mean anything. How many times has Peyton Manning gone 4-0? Rodgers? Brady is the best big game quarterback ever and you can't risk that on a 4-0 long shot when Brady has several years left.

Just no way. The Patriots would want JG to go 4-0 to hype him and get trade value out of it.

It won't be Garropolo that goes 4-0, it will be the Patriots as a team. It will be players on the defense forcing turnovers, and guys like Gronk that make a statement.

I also think this makes its way to an arbitrator who reduces the suspension.

That would be great.

When Brady returns, good luck to the rest of the league.
