I want Denver. Payback for 2013 AFC Championship Game

Denver will be an easy win. Not sure why people here are afraid of going there. They're extremely overrated and incredibly soft.

Like they were last time we played them this season, right?

No thanks would rather win

I want to see Manning one and done again, for old times sake. I just can't watch enough of those.

Last time the two teams played we fielded our practice squad and they had a better QB at the helm than they will next week, kiddo.

The best revenge is to keep getting rings while other teams watch. The best road to get there is to play Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh would be coming into Foxboro off of beating the #3 & #1 seeds on the road and potentially getting #84 back off of the concussion protocol.

This is always a "be careful what you wish for" situation. Whoever wins, wins. Maybe a couple guys on the winning team get banged up, that could help. Other than that you can make a case for what you think is a 'better' matchup but declaring either team an easier road is probably best left alone.

Seeing Edelman and gronk fully mobile, it doesn't really matter who we play imo. It will take alot of bad bounces for us to lose to either team.

Well, child, manning is smart enough to play even in his current state. We lost to the Eagles. We can lose to Denver in Denver very easily. Check every game we've played at mile high since manning got there.

I want no part of Denver. Bad things happen there. If the refs are anything like last time, we're in trouble.

It doesn't matter if we play at home against 6 seed vs away against 1 seed?

We played 1 game against Manning there, with no Gronk, and with guys like Dennard, Gregory, and Arrington (playing on the outside) in our secondary.

You're an absurd individual.

I can't stand the Bronco fans, and I can't stand Peyton either.

Seeing how the Steelers pretty much limped to the divisional round, and they have no Brown + an injured Big Ben, Denver will take this
Don't understand fans that want revenge versus playing an opponent that you've dominated. Were you also hoping the Giants would make the playoffs? Want to see the Steelers at Gillette even if it means we see Brown.

If Pittsburgh goes into Denver and beats them, that means they are playing better football right now.

No way, I'll take Pitt at home with Brown and Williams maybe not at full strength and Roethlisberger with torn shoulder ligaments.

They played well, but the Chiefs @ Gillette are not the Broncos @ Denver. That's a great D, and it allows the O to play it safe.

We were up 21-7 on that Denver D till hightower went out of the game in the 4th

Steelers are only a 6 because Ben missed 4 games. They lost 2 of those and then lost a close one his first game back when he was rusty. Otherwise they'd easily been at least 12-4 and probably no worse than a 3 seed and most likely a bye with a top 2 seed.
Both teams have good defenses, at least up front. Pats may have better time against Pitt secondary if given time. But Steelers offense with AB back is much more explosive. Go 4 deep at WR, plus Miller at TE and Ben has a knack of keeping plays alive.
I can see the advantage of having the AFCC game at home, but I think Denver would be a matter matchup for NE.

It is going to be Denver. The stars are lined up for it. Pittsburgh is done in less than 24 hours from now. Brady vs Manning part 5 is happening next Sunday at Sports Authority Field in Denver, Colorado, at 3:00 pm EST. Start making your reservations for the Mile High City. Like I said before...if you are scared, go get a dog.

I see it more like "righting the wrong" as opposed to "payback"

No way Denver should be the #1 seed and no way they should've won earlier this year against the Pats
