However, it is certainly reasonable to give a pick for a players that other teams would want if he were to be cut.

If you need them, but the Patriots don’t need Isabella. I wouldn’t use a pick on a player who is almost certainly going to be cut, unless I was sure they would make the roster and contribute.

I've seen him open. He's got a QB problem. I'm not saying that's the only issue, but it's definitely a contributing factor.

They have a good WR room already. If you can add Julio Jones to your team, you do so even if you have an amazing WR room. Cam couldn't hit Byrd in stride, why would Isabella be any different, and they have Agholor to play that speed position.

It does not work that way. Never does. There are always problems with moves the team made that do not yield the pie in the sky results that were intended.

Harry sucks and Meyers did not even catch a TD. Brady left because they are so bad.. Agahlor and Bourne are nobodys. The NE WR Corp is still amongst the worst in the NFL.
