I don’t understand any Brady hate. There was no way he was going to stay here, it was fiscally impossible at that time. The Pats had 1 mill in cap space when he signed with Tampa. I crack up when people get mad at or make fun of the Pats for “letting Brady go”. The Pats didn’t “let Brady go”, you think they wanted him to leave, leaving them with Stidham and Hoyer ? Brady signed with Tampa before the Pats were able to get cap space (due to opt outs).

Seriously, there was nobody to blame, it wasn’t the Pat’s fault, it wasn’t Brady’s fault. It was just the situation at the time.

I will ALWAYS root for Brady (except against the Pats), he’s my favorite athlete in sports history. He gave me so much happiness in the 20 years he was here. I’m happy for him, and I love seeing him prove the haters wrong.
