Yeah. Think about those gawdawful aluminum seats, and the Sullivans, and then think about whether or not Kraft is really such a poor owner.I'm still very fond of the 76 team as it was the first "great" Patriots team. So much talent, probably more than any other Patriots team, and Chuck Fairbanks was the BB precursor.
Roughing the passer. Worst loss until 2007. Loved the tuck rule revenge game.
But it all fell apart in 78. I was actually at the 78 playoff loss to Houston (i.e. the Titans) in Schaefer, shivering on the aluminum bench and bummed as hell that Fairbanks was leaving...
