I sat in the metal bleachers at Schaefer Stadium.
I sat in the metal bleachers at Schaefer Stadium.
yep, my brother and I would carry in our small foldable stadium seats and then try to hold our seating space during the game (which often got squeezed tighter and tighter as the game progressed).

I’m not surprised at the poll results

some of the insults I see thrown around during disagreements make me cringe

I’m sure calling someone a chicken little was devastating back in the 60’s, but now I’m just embarrassed for the people that say it.

Testing testing.

Chicken little.

Did you cringe?

I was 12 when the Pats got steamrolled by the Bears in Superbowl XX.

Right now I am at O'Hare airport....
I was 20, sitting at the bar of The Pub in Amherst, MA with my college roommate for that debacle. I'm glad to see us old timers well represented on Patsfans.

34, which is apparently on the younger side here (and nowhere else on the internet, as far as I can tell)

fellas you all are too old:p:D

Chronological: same age as the Super Bowl 54
Mentally: 22
Physically: 60
Emotionally: 12
Socially: 93

Old enough too to see on TV Super Bowl XX

I studied and i was quite young ;)

Happy my team arrived there with that awesome run (not seen but read on newspapers with heavy difficulties to find them)

Long time ago

Complimenti Jimke !

I have turned 30 a time or two..:)
I pulled a “Got Milk?” SB ad of Drew Bledsoe & Brett Favre out of my moms Better Homes & Gardens magazine because my pre-teen self loved Drew so much....:D

How old are we now or when ray lewis killed those guys??

I went to my first Pats game at Nickerson Field. Bob Dee was my DC with the Quincy Giants in 69 when I made more money per week playing football than I did teaching school. In 1971 I was working part time at Brandy's a bar that played good local music back in the day and Bonnie Raitt came in to play a set. She was 22, I was 24......it never happened. Over the next few years, Rod Stewart and Edgar Winter also stopped by. (nice 2nd job) Later I worked security for Aerosmith when they played at the Rat. .

All those are subtle hints about what age categoriy I fall into. And don't complain, those are the kind of musings you should EXPECT to get when you ask old people about their ages

45 and still benching 365 :D:D:D:D

We could do be eligible for Group AARP Discount of some sort.
Have been receiving AARP junk mail for longer than I care to disclose.

Bob Dee lived in a house two blocks away from me way back when. He would annually come to our Cub Scout and Little League meetings and banquets.

I probably saw @patfanken play at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy for some semi-pro football league (Atlantic Coast League?) when I was a kid.

I'm 32...yeah..it's true.

I was born on half a leap year...:cool:
