How about a deal with the Skins including Shawn Springs and draft picks for Samuel?

O.K. Springs may be a bit on the older side - He is 31 now,But if he can stay healthy I can see him as a good replacement for Samuel until one of our newly signed rookie CB/CBs (almost definate now we take a corner early unless a miracle happens with Samuel between now and the draft) can fill the spot.

I saw a suggestion about if it is going to be the Redskins that make a move then we could get Shawn Springs and a 2nd round pick this year or Shawn this year and a 2nd and 3rd pick next year.

Springs contract is too big for what he does on the field.

"If he can stay healthy" is a cop-out qualifier with Shawn Springs.
