Turned off flappy Colin Coward and the Fox peeps. Too much ignorance will warp your mind.

Saw this stat on NFLN. Last 2 two times 2 QBs who's QBR's differ by more than 40 points, the QB with the lower rating has won. . These networks make my game day miserable.

Did they also show the stat of Brady being 7-0 at home against the #1 defense?

Somewhat surprising .. but good to know

Even more surprising to see Anthony Brown's name on that list. He was getting picked on a ton when the Cboys first put him on the field.

Good for Rowe. If he keeps that up we've got a shot at shutting down some good passing attacks.

You're a decent person to ask. Why does everyone keep referring to them as the number one defense? Didn't NE have the number one defense in points allowed? And isn't that the metric by which we normally judge the league's number one defense every single year?

I'm going to assume that HOU leads a bunch of categories like yards allowed, first downs, etc. Is that correct?

You didn't ask me, but Houston leads in yards allowed. To be honest, I actually think that's usually the metric used when they talk about the number one defense, unless it's explicitly said number one defense in points allowed.

No but they showed the stat of "the #1 defense has made it to the SB 3 years in a row" or something like that

I've never understood this either. Have had black friends/acquaintances where there was no issue when it was one-to-one talking to me. Then put them around other black people and all of a sudden it becomes a challenge understanding them as clearly. Don't mean to sound racist also, just something that's always confused me.

I like Irvin and enjoy his takes on the Pats.

I dont think it's racist. It's just hard to understand accents of different cultures interacting sometimes. True for a lot of cultures im sure.

Sort of the same thing goes on when you have multiple NASCAR diehards in one room. Doesn't really depend on race lmao.

The only point I'd say is to not refer to it as "bad" lol. It's just a lingo thing and if you don't understand it, so be it. No issue in that.

I have a feeling you didn't mean it was a "bad" way to talk, but someone who chooses to express themselves that way may, just like you trying to understand their dialect, misunderstand where you're coming from and misconstrue it! Not trying to step on toes here, I just thought I'd offer some conversation.

Ahhh yess, the Saturday musings of different dialects on divisional day.

Ohh I agree. And I didnt mean bad as in the way they are talking to each other. I just meant it bad for ME because I cant understand it and it drives me crazy because I want to! lol

Will Patriots blitz Brock Osweiler this time around?

3. Via the Elias Sports Bureau, this is the 15th time in NFL history that one team shut out another team during the regular season and then met that same team in the postseason. The team that was blanked during the regular-season meeting went on to win the postseason game in eight of the 14 previous such cases.

NFLN- Aqib Talib sent all his notes about Pats/Brady to Texans corner jonathan joseph to help prepare for the pats.

Haha, Talib has become pathetic as hell

I'll have one in your honor my good sir.

You stay the hell away from Floyd
