It's easy, and only takes a few moments. He took them from 7 wins to the playoffs with a rookie QB… sold take. The idea that Bill is this genius GM is so overblown, at least in the last few years. Both his drafts and trades have been pretty awful. Even Kraft acknowledged the subpar drafts. His trades are worse. Old man is losing his touch.

That would be HC Bill. Solid take.He took them from 7 wins to the playoffs with a rookie QB… sold take.
They’re one and the same… the same guy who drafted Brady, Seymour, Gronk and others. That would be HC Bill. Solid take.
That the Belichick-Stan’s can’t recognize (although they can seem to recognize it in others) but that’s not surprising. .. they believe in a magical HC that make total team success happen. They believe in fairytales (and hooded false Gods).2019 ended because Brady was hurt, he was suffering from three separate injuries.
2020 was a cap clearing season, a salary dump… that’s why they offered their starting QB 500K guaranteed. Look at other successful rebuilds in history, we’re talking 1-4 win seasons. The results of that season were completely irrelevant except for the fact they cleared 1/4 of their entire (dead) cap debt off the books and cleared the way for the massive spending spree in 2021.
In 2021 they drafted the best rookie QB in the entire class, the best DT and arguably the best RB… now they’re on an upward trajectory.
Turning an NFL franchise around is akin to turning an oil tanker around… it’s not Kevin Durant or Tom Brady taking their services to an already very good team.
That the Brady-stans can’t recognize this isn’t surprising… they believe in magical QB’s that make total team success happen… they believe in fairytales.
You need to improve your reading comprehension. I said recent years. His recent drafts excepting 2021 have been awful. His trades going back to 2019 have been terrible. Those are facts. Get your head out of the sand. They’re one in the same… the same guy who drafted Brady, Seymour, Gronk and others. Oh yeah, he also drafted Mac, Barmore and Rhamondre…
I can’t pretend anymore, yours are terrible entitled takes…
BB-stan’s don’t exist… he doesn’t strap on a helmet or pads, he doesn’t play. That the Belichick-Stan’s can’t recognize (although they can seem to recognize it in others) but that’s not surprising. .. they believe in a magical HC that make total team success happen. They believe in fairytales (and hooded false Gods).
Going back to 2019 huh? You go back one more season and they’re winning a Super Bowl. You need to improve your reading comprehension. I said recent years. Trades back to 2019 (didn't bother checking before that). Drafts to 2014.Going back to 2019 huh? You go back one more season and they’re winning a Super Bowl.
Everything is an excuse with you on blinders. The fact Bill is both GM & HC gives him ZERO excuses. It's 100% his teams he's putting out there. Devoid of talent? It's Bill's doing.Everything after 2019 has been rebuilding from the ground floor up. I guess you were a child when this dynasty started, that’s why you have a wide eyed version of how it began with Tom arriving here via rocket ship to save us all.
Which trades were bad?You need to improve your reading comprehension. I said recent years. His recent drafts excepting 2021 have been awful. His trades going back to 2019 have been terrible. Those are facts. Get your head out of the sand.
See for yourself. How many would you say are good trades?Which trades were bad?

Bodine - from BUF for 2020 6th
Cunningham - from ARI for 2020 6th
Eluemunor - from BAL w/ 2020 6th for 2020 4th
Saubert - from ATL for 2020 7th

2022:

Parker - from MIA +2022 5th for a 2023 3rd
Mason - to TB for a 2022 5th
Wino - to CLE for Wilson
There's a whole lot of terrible trades in last 4 years. The best trade out of the whole lot is probably T Brown but he only played 10 games. I would have to say that for the most part Bill got fleeced (especially by ATL, BAL & TB).
Which trades were bad?
Might be harsh on the drafting.
Rule of thumb is if the team lands 2 starters and a solid reserve every draft they are ahead of the game.
2020
Dugger
Ownenu
Herron
2019
Harris
Bailey (All-Pro)
Cowart started 14 games in 2020 was IR in 2021
Cajuste finally played and started a couple of games and was game day active 7
2018
Wynn
Michel
Bentley
There is no debate Dawson, SloJuan and Harry were bad misses but if you look at the majority of NFL teams, they miss at the bottom of the 1st and in the 2nd and 3rd rounds as well.
Not sure how it is whining to say that the drafts as of late have been subpar to flat out bad. Basically any time anything on here that is pointed out that isn't sunshine and rainbows you get some 60 something boomer talking about "In my day!". Somehow because you're old that means you're a better fan? The team hasn't drafted well for a while. Bill has made some extremely questionable personnel moves in the last few years. The team imploded down the stretch last year. Saying those things doesn't make you less of a fan. The same way all these cry babies whine that people still root for Brady or Gronk they whine if anyone dare question the infallible Bill Belichick. Bill is the greatest coach to ever do it but it isn't out of the realm of possibility that he has lost his fastball. That’s all you people do… whine.
Any toughness baked into the Patriot fanbase after years and years of futility was lost thanks to Belichick in the 2000’s.
The level of entitlement is unmatched in all of pro football and perhaps pro sports. Now we have a generation of snowflakes who think that just because the Pats made winning rings look easy, that it really is.
You forgot one, he also made the trade up in last years draft to grab Barmore. That's looking pretty good now. We'll see though how this team does the next two or three years.See for yourself. How many would you say are good trades?
Those don't include draft trades, just trades for players outside the draft. You forgot one, he also made the trade up in last years draft to grab Barmore. That's looking pretty good now. We'll see though how this team does the next two or three years.
BB sucks as long as you ignore all the good young rookies that they have developed.Which trades were bad?
