Re: Rob Glasskowski
I’m not sure if my memory betrays me here or not, but I don’t think I have ever seen Gronk line up wide out like that. Obviously hindsight is 20/20, and it’s easy to criticize from my comfy couch, but why would you let him run this route in the first place. 80% of these routes end up in this exact landing situation (because of a very narrow landing strip) – on your side, on your arm, on your back…. TOO ****ING RISKY! Just use him with his usual tricks between the seams.
Just a plain waste of arguably our best offensive weapon
Sorry, I just had to vent here.
And for all those ‘orthopedic experts’ who claimed that it cannot be re-broken, well then…. I’ll be damned… there you have it.
And lastly for Gronk himself… I just feel so bad for him. The poor guy plays with so much passion, and there he is, possibly about to miss on being 100% (or even 1% for that matter) in another Superbowl… Really wanted to see him spike a few in the playoffs
