I believe that Brady could be described as a lectin-free vegan and that has been my diet for a few months now that my 40's are getting underway, and the benefits have been genuine and very noticeable.
So what does lectin-free vegan look like? And what are the benefits you notice?

Which is why I label Gronk's "partying persona" as more of a "brand" than anything else. It's how he chose to market himself, and it's certainly very profitable and lucrative.

BUT- he still needs to sell it, he still needs to be seen chugging liquor or beer, and he still needs to be seen at such and such place at an ungodly hour, on a frequent basis (for him to collect his appearance fees).

Brady eats meat.

"We could not afford an endorsement, but the word-of-mouth effect is unbelievable. And he's helping people plus-up their orders too," said the company president. "I cannot tell you how many times people have specified that he eats a big bag of ****'s."

I see your point. Well, a few times during the year are ok.

Now hanging with pornstars.....

I confess! I've been buying the TB12 dinners and doing the training with bands. No drinking(hard for me!) and no nightshades for 5 weeks. Lost 9 lbs and feel so good. Lots of energy. Is it his regiment 100%, no but it feels good - really does.

Mate if you were sitting on your ass before and eating KFC and now you're eating vegetables and doing resistance bands training, ofcourse you will lose weight and feel good and have lots of energy. You could have picked up any of tons of different exercise regimens (P90 etc) and diet plans, with same effect.

But as long as you feel good, then it's worth it for you to use TB12's plan. That's the bottom line. So good for you.

Pretty much everything- sleeping better, pooping better, more energy, a lot less indigestion, farting, belching, and I can't remember the last time I had heartburn.

And at this point I'm starting to see some difference with my joints, a lot less aching or discomfort or soreness. If I had a good workout, I'd used to wake up stiff and sore, but now I just wake up stiff and once I get going, the stiffness just melts away.

The great thing is that there are a lot more vegan options today than there ever was and they are getting pretty good with imitating cheese and meat, and other things, so being vegan isn't as terrible as most people think, but it is still difficult because junk food is still king in America. It really rules.

In other news, Tim Tebow tried the TB12 regimen, allowing him to make more impassioned displays of piety. He reportedly feels holier and has more energy, flexibility, strength, and stamina.

"I'm only interested in this league if I'm the main man," said Tebow, who has signed a one year contract with a Lancaster, PA arena quiddich team owned by musician Jon Bon Jovi.
Isn't there some petition going around and a rally planned because Tebow can't find a team that wants him? :D

He cheats every now and then in the offseason, that's it.
I actually heard Tom say in an interview (maybe Dennis & Callahan?)- that as an athlete, especially in the winter, he has to eat meat for protein.
This is a quote from he and Giseles personal chef this year :
  • ”80% of what they eat is vegetables… If it’s not organic, I don’t use it.”
  • ”And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans.”
  • “The other 20% is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon.”
This Is What 39-Year-Old Super Bowl QB Tom Brady Eats

Tommy Boy, too much fish like just salmon is not good. Top food chain predators contain the most mercury. Eat white fish like haddock as well as predators salmon, swordfish.
