Great game film on James White. To what we already knew he added amazing late 4Q series of runs between the tackles incl. 2 short yardage conversions for 1st downs . singlehandedly milking close to 3 min + 3 timeouts + 2 min warning.

Half of the “experts“ and fans still don't see him as a runner but he stepped up big time making the best Sony impression and did it with such sweet feet dancing with CHI D stars..

Shout out to OL, Dwayne Allen and Dev for an amazing supporting cast..

Nice to see it in a condensed version.

I like that he goes down after the catch, to "Play another down", when needed.
1 more yard is not worth it..
Especially against the Bears D.

I said this during the GDT, The Bears D were playing to INJURE. IMO

We all "know" the league is trying to change the style of tackling, to prevent injuries.

But whoever is teaching the tackling Technique over in Cleveland, is in need of a update.

I noticed a lot of spears, spinning tackles, helmet to helmet.

I know the refs are always inconsistent, but the coaching staff, over there should be more responsible.. IMO

BB always talks about proper tackling. And it shows on the field. Sometimes enough to piss me off.
Not because we don't injure guys, but it looks soft at times.

But these bad techniques can mot only take a guy out for a game or season, but can ruin a guys career and livelihood.

Sorry to derail the thread...

White is awesome. Sony and he have been incredible so far.

Have I mentioned how much I love White?

Biggest takeaway for me, if White doesn't struggle to catch the ball at the snap, it's a TD for White. The hole was there initially.

He was definitely running some hard yards there in the 4th quarter. Outstanding blocking by the line and Develin against a stacked box.

Might have to start calling him Mr 3rd & 2
