Ahem. I'll also pass. I mean, peeing in public carries a £60 fine here but arresting him? Come on!
OT: A friend of mine was so drunk that he urinated against the side of a Police Van in Leicester Square, London. The officer was completely amazed and told him to go home or get arrested. He woke up on a night bus in a completely different part of the city! I think my friend was pretty shocked when he realised what he had done.

Maybe people should consider that the cop was working off duty security for the resturant since they were sick of people using thier property as a toilet and trouble from the nightclub crowd. Also if you write a ticket for even a petty offense it is an "arrest".

The cop didn't just "shoo" him away because he is being paid by the owner of the property to discourage exactly this stuff.

I've been "shooed" away by an officer while doing this after a short lecture..never did it again. As far as some posters bragging about how they pissed in someones yard while drunk, wow your mom must be proud..the value of higher education. If someone pissed in my yard I think I would have a little "talk" with them.
