Boston sports radio is the worst in the country. Especially when it comes to football.

I've listened to sports radio up and down the East and Southern coasts, and I've listened to a moderate amount inland in those areas. I've also listened to some western U.S. sports radio via the internet.

Boston Sports radio is right near the top, and nowhere near the bottom.

I need the game to start .. Saturday is gonna go by so slow

That's a load of crap.

Do yourself a favor. Get Sirius XM and start listening to The Opening Drive when Pioli is on. Excellent sports talk with a lot of X's and O's. Only trade off is that it's not All-Patriots, all the time (unless they play in the Super Bowl).

I got to have my sports talk.
But I find myself changing the station a lot.
Today Mutt&Merloni was good when Matt Chatham was on.
F&M is just sling out some crap topic that I, as a true Pats fan, could care less about.
Then wash, rinse and repeat.
Dan Patrick, Mike and Mike, Jay Mohr, Pat O'Brien, are the shows I usually end up at when I do listen.

Boston sports radio is loud and obnoxious, both the hosts and the callers. And the hosts aren't even funny. I live in MD near DC, at least the hosts here aren't as loud and obnoxious. Even the MD hosts aren't so loud and obnoxious.

If you're going to be annoying at least be funny. Dan Le Batard is annoying, but at least he's funny. Same with Jim Rome. Dan Patrick on the other hand--awful. Mike and Mike--- awful. Cowherd is a huge troll, but at least he's got interesting takes.

Most of the guys don't know much about football but Mike Flynn seems pretty good. I think he's only on weekends, but at least he played it he league and can give insights. He was talking about how spikes missed practice and how when he played guys would get family members to help them get to the stadium if they were badly injured or really sick, and maybe they get sent home right away but you don't just not show up.

don't like listening to felgers voice every day?

according to one broncos fan..since he picked us so early in the week...we are screwed becasue it was too early.

Wonder what Denvers sports radio is like? random sentences that lead to them getting the munchies half way through?

I do have XM radio and listen to Moving the Chains on occasion, great show, certainly my favorite. However, in the context of the AFC Championship game, I don't hear a lot of coverage of Pats-Broncos when I am in the car. Mostly they talk about Detroit, Browns, Titans, etc....lots of teams to cover.

Boston Sports talk is actually pretty good when compared to the rest of the country...just sucks when they make it a soap opera instead of a football game.
