Giants @ Packers Playoff Thread

The weakness of the Giants defense is their linebackers. Need to get the ball to Jared Cook consistently.

I keep hearing people say that, but that was Green Bay's choice. The Pats picked up Steven Jackson off the street last year and Blount off the scrap heap twice. GB could have found a guy off the street or someone's practice squad. They chose not to as they liked this guy better.
Them struggling to run today has nothing to do with the guy in the backfield

Nice play Mr. Discount double check

People are raving about the Giants, this game is 60 minutes man.....it really is anyone's game. Of course NY is tough, that is not really surprising to anyone is it??

this is a long game which changes directions many times. our reactions in pats game threads should tell that.

As usual, Giants would be our very worst matchup.

I agree.

The Hawks don't scare without Thomas. Plus, their offense is pedestrian. Rawls won't run on NE like he did Detroit.

The Falcons have an amazing offense, but no defense of any kind. They remind me of the 2010/2011 Pats. And we know that no defense spells doom in the postseason.

The Cowboys are a wild card. I could see them getting crushed by the Pats or putting up a great fight. They really didn't play or beat anyone impressive in the regular season, their defense is questionable and there's still the whole Rookies in the playoff deal.

The Giants really would be the worst case scenario for NE. Stout, tough defense, can stop the run with ease and good secondary. Plus, we know Eli is a big game QB and Beckham can burn you at any point in time.

No one open, and that was grounding

The key to the Giants defense is Harrison on the interior line, and Collins in the secondary. Everyone else while good, arent without exploitable weaknesses.

Rodgers can't do that. That was a horrible choice. He can not intentionally ground that.

That puts them out of FG range. That is a legit choke. Didn't have any imminent pressure either.

Where's the flag for grounding!?

No one on that side of the field, ****. no one even running in that direction

Lol just dumb.

What an idiot

B-b-b-but Aaron Rodgers is perfect! He never makes mistakes!

I don't know how our defense would do but you gotta get physical with them. We don't have that pass rush
