Police Lock Up Former NFL Running Back Lawrence Phillips gained fame and glory as an NFL running back. But when he tried to evade domestic violence charges, Phillips proved he's not as good at running as he thought. Not only that, police caught him when he allegedly rammed his car into a group of teenagers.
