Why hasn't he sniffed the field on gameday? It must be the overwhelming talent ahead of him. He has to show something early in camp and minis or he's going to get left behind again.

Based upon what? Nixon hasn’t been able to sniff the field for his first two years whereas Johnson was is a significant contributor as a rookie. It is certainly possible that his knee injuries have affected his speed and explosiveness, but what’s the harm in signing him to contract with no guaranteed money?

We’re not talking about building a 53 man roster at this point. Get him in the building and on the field and see if he can regain some of his first year magic. If not, they lose nothing.

It is only Nixon's 3rd year. Not a good look being on the practice squad for 2 years, but not the kiss of death either. Yes, it is time for Nixon to step up in Y3 or he is probably not going to make it.

In December, I was visiting mass and complaining about the rising prices of homes here in Texas. My dad and his friend are in construction and, when I showed them the homes that I considered overpriced but nice here, informed me they couldn’t buy the materials to build them let alone sell them for that much. That opened my eyes and here I am with a mortgage more than I expected but believing I got a deal. If any of you are in Kemah, look me up.

I’ve been rooting for Mr Nixon harder than I have for any dark horse in a while purely because he’s Ernie Adams’ final contribution. Your statement made me realize this probably isn’t going to happen. But I do hope he comes through!

I love it! I lived in galveston 2013-19. Love it there. My cousin bought a house across the street here last year and i just obviously did the same two weeks ago. We’re trying to turn it in to Southie…… south I guess.
