Flashback: when the Pats danced on the Chargers logo and made Tomlinson cry about it

Well, the other thing is, it is Jay Cutler. He gets a pass on that from me.
He is one weird dude. Colin Cowherd got me to watch his wife’s show on E! because Colin kept talking about how much of a buzzkill he is. And he sure is.

1:26 was that Troy Brown mocking the lights out dance? Never noticed him doing it before. LOL

One of my favorite Tomlinson plays vs the Pats was as a Jet he had a 5 yard run for a first down and he celebrated and gestured it... with his team down 38-3.

Speaking of flashbacks, anyone have a link to the message boards between 01-03? Curious as to what the game threads looked like.

Enjoy!

Regards,
Chris

Wow. I remembered how lucky we were to get out of there with a win, but seeing it again amplifies those feelings. Thank goodness for gaffes by SD and our strong defense that year, because Brady didn’t play well, and that’s putting it mildly.

Jabar Gaffney was the man during this game. It’s amazing to think how quickly he and Brady were able to get on the same page. That TD drive at the end of the half was clutch. Crazy to think that Gates is actually still playing, and also how quickly Rivers seems to get the ball out with that odd looking delivery. They were able to get to him with some timely blitzes. Let’s hope that’s the case again on Sunday.

One last thing to note—how good Gost looked in the postseason as a rookie. It really makes you wonder why Belichick didn’t attempt the FG the next year in the SB loss to the Giants, considering how he had proven himself in the 2006 playoffs. It may have been one of the biggest blunders of Belichick’s coaching career. There must have been more to that situation, like an injury that hadn’t been discussed. I’d love to know the answer.

Wrong.
Chargers, especially merriman, were talking a ton of trash before the game.
Pats,as usual, never said a word- until AFTER the game, which is the right way to do it.
I loved it.

Not sure I agree with that. If you're gonna talk trash don't just do it after the game is over and you win. Do it before, and then back it up on the field. Or don't do it at all.

Nope. It was just a mistake. He tends to make them from time to time. Played a huge part in costing us the game since I think the Giants were far too gassed for OT.

Time passes quickly for NFL Fans, come to think about it passes quickly no matter the situation.
When that game was played I had a 4 year old, 2 year old and a 3 month old.

And now the oldest drives.

Insane.

I was a heavily weed smoking college kid two years out of high school and delivering pizzas to make a couple of bucks. I’ll be 33 in July.

Yup, that was awesome and perfect. One of my favorites. That's why I wrote earlier that it would be epic if Troy B came out for the coin flip Sunday — Pats win coin toss and after they say "we'll defer" Brown does that little Lights Out jig.
