First Male Cheer Leaders in SB history

I have and will continue to appreciate all who cheer regardless of sex, race or ethnic origins. I have no fear that a male cheerleader will somehow make me less male.

Is it me or do you notice that during games, there seems to be less up close shots of cheerleaders on tv? I wonder if the nfl sent a memo after the lawsuits regarding discrimination.

Honestly, I think this is some kind of response to the Red Skins cheerleader story last Spring where it was reported by the NY Times that the girls were forced to do a topless photo shoot, escort season ticket holders to some event in Costa Rica and get pressured into doing things they were uncomfortable with on a Yacht belonging to a friend of the owner.

Honestly, when I watch games, particularly NE games, I'm so wrapped up in the football I don't even notice the cheerleaders. And this is from a guy in the twilight of his years ( not the evening yet, or midnight, mind you) who still gets a sore neck looking at women wherever I happen to see them. During the games I don't care if they have naked giraffes cheering.

I don’t care for them either. Just making an observation.

Really? I wish I had your type of focus. If I saw a cheering giraffe at an NFL game, naked or otherwise, I'd definitely care and would also have a lot of questions.

And all I thought was 'LA...(insert rueful head shake)'

When are we going to see the first female player in the Super Bowl?
