He is definitely the whipping-boy of this forum. I really think he likes it though. I'm usually cool with everyone but I can't respect someone who's debating tactic is diversion...and who doesn't honor their lost bets.

Exactly. Unlike WaterBoy, most* fans of other teams visiting here actually understand the game of football. They just have different rooting interests. But WaterBoy is in some fantasy land where each year no mattter what stupid moves the Phins franchise makes, he praises their decisions like a bleating donkey. Then the next season when those 'predictions' invariably turn out to be disasterously wrong, no problem, he just makes new ones, equally stupid but new.

Oh, and he is a welcher as you stated.
