I loved Grugier-Hill who could play special teams, fill in at LB, and safety. Only downside is he came from a small school and needed time to develop. Richards is garbage at everything related to playing on a field. I'd rather he retired and joined the coaching staff then waste a roster spot for 3 seasons.
