When was Hernandez convicted of shooting anyone? It is one guy's ever changing word that Hernandez shot him. As of right now, the police consider the case inactive.

I think that, in major criminal cases, it's always smartest to go by actual facts and to try to avoid speculations unless you clearly state them as speculations. There are times when even the 'facts' turn out to be untrue (see recent tornado in OK where the state spokesman initially talked of a so-called confirmed 70+ deaths (final number was actually 24) because of really horrible overcounting.

We all probably screw up on this stuff, but we should try not to. Shouldn't all the conflicting reports people got during the recent bombing have gotten this across to us all?

True enough, as a rule homicides generally don't end well, especially for the homicided. (And yes, that is my contribution to the english language)

I agree with this entirly - again, that's why I'll make clear I'm not talking about his guilt or innocent in this case.

I'm merely making an observation that the overwhelming amount of evidence suggests Hernandez was associating with people he shouldn't have been.

When did that become a rule? For all we know, he was a witness named in the report. Being in a nightclub where someone had a gun is not a suspendable offense.

My first thought was of that Chief LB who killed himself at Arrowhead Stadium last year. Why the hell is Hernandez getting involved in all of this B.S., The dumbass. Well, goodby AHern, nice knowing ya.

I'll start by saying I obviously was not there the night of the incident and don't know much more than what we're reading. However, I was a student at UF at the same time as AH, and I can tell you with absolute confidence that he's a tool. That kid stayed in drama and ridiculous situations. That's why it didn't surprise me in the least that he slipped in the draft.

He really has ***** for brains. I could tell stories that will make you sick to your stomach about the guy, some of which I witnessed with my own eyes at parties and clubs. He's a clown and I hate to say that any involvement, whether directly or indirectly, does NOT surprise me at all. It's ridiculous how these talented guys squander everything for no reason.
