Agent 77 reported in another thread that ABC was showing this on the 23rd at 4 p.m. Eastern, with a bit of luck anyone who doesn't have ESPN can stream that online or find it on a local channel ... 77 also noted several ESPN/ESPN2 showings coming up for those who just missed the original. Good Hunting!

This video from Florio's radio show interview with Scott Pioli today is like a follow up to the Brady 6. Scott tells Florio that he's heard a lot of people trying to take credit for Brady's development or recognizing his potential. He says the only one responsible for Brady's success is Tommy. He has no idea why as Florio said after doing what QB's do in bowl games today that shoots them up the boards, Tom didn't generate any buzz. Scott said the only reason he can see is that despite his performance throughout his college career and in that bowl game, Henson still seemed to be the beneficiary of most of the buzz in Michigan.

He also says that they looked at Tom in earlier rounds, the fifth and earlier on, only they had a problem. They had 3 QB's on a roster of 30 they'd had to pare down to because they were in such deep cap distress (after the franchise savior left...) and that left lots of holes and 50 bodies needed to fill out even a camp roster. When they finally took him it was because they just couldn't stand the value differential any longer...

So maybe Tom and his dad were not deluded into thinking he should go in the second or third round. And it sounds like Pioli is saying in not so many words, look no farther than Lloyd Carr and the Michigan Athletic Dept. for reasons why Brady was so overlooked.
