Somebody describing this as an onion. with each layer that gets peeled back, you want to cry a little more. It's a small town where everything is intertwined, from judges who work on defendant's charities and lawyers who .....well that speaks for itself. The light of day is shining on that cesspool and I have a feeling there is much, much more to come out unfortunately....OH wow....
With McQueary now proclaiming that he did interfere and call the cops,(not in the grand jury report) it gives ammunition to the defense. If he did call the cops, where is the recording? What was the followup? If he did intervene, how so?? If he didn't but says he did now ( maybe he realizes how he is seen, duh) he will get roasted by a defense attorney for lack of credibility.
You know what's coming..When the inevitable lawsuits get filed versus Paterno, we'll hear how he's too ill and infirm to testify in depositions....
Sandusky's lawyer will try to delay the trial as long as possible, filing motion after motion. The guy is out free, why not delay the trial as long as possible....
All that's missing are the book deals, a faux suicide attempt by someone involved in this tragedy and I don't say that lightly...It's been a tragedy for those innocent victims who will inevitably be hounded by some misguided clueless PSU students...The same morons who were overturning newsvans...Newsflash. If you want positive press, you usually shouldn't be destroying valuable equipment belonging to the messengers....
