Emmanuel Sanders crying on twitter

So Bulter had deep help on Sanders?

The objective was to take Sanders away. Butler still covered Sanders like a blanket. If there was a point on the field where Butler passed Sanders off, Id say Butler did a fine job from the LOS to that point. Sure Sanders would like to see a defense with no Safety help. What WR wouldnt?

Sorry I know this is OT. Anyone else see Skip Bayless forget to log out of his Twitter account today?

Apparently he has at least one fake one to tout his dogshit show?

Kind of suggests they aren't really legit SB champs, and only got it because the Pats were so injured they couldn't win a single game at the end of the season.

Otherwise, the AFCCG is in Foxboro and the Pats go to the Superbowl.

At the time of the playoffs they were the better team - at the time. And even if they weren't, it was close enough, that on top of the aforementioned injuries, throw in the turnovers, playing at home with a bigger than average HFA, a significant discrepancy in critical calls, a point of emphasis directed most impactfully on Gronk, fighting upstream against the league narrative, good coaching and a gameplan by DEN that identified and took advantage of these advantages, and it was all they needed to pull it out that day - just barely I might add. But I agree otherwise, a healthy NE, equal breaks, neutral field, even calls, and NE was the better team. But them's the breaks. Hey you gotta let the rest of the league can find an acorn every now and then.

If we haven't figured it out by now, the league deck is stacked a bit against us, and as unfair as it is, we need to overcome that as well.

That was pretty funny to see. What an idiot.

Sanders sounds legit insecure over this. Debating whether someone is the best or 2nd best is boring to me. However after the work Butler has put in its more than obvious he's a top tier cb any way you slice it.

Just a bad look for Sanders.

Not to mention the Steelers team Denver played in the playoffs. No Bell, no Brown, no Williams, and Roethlisberger playing with sprained AC joint (Garoppolo's injury). Yet the Steelers had them beat if not for a fumble by one of their practice squad RBs in the 4th quarter.

Letw not forget Manning going to the ground, everyone assuming he gave himself up just for the refs not to stop the play but letting him get up again to make a big throw on the way to the score that won them the game.

Not slamming Sanders... he's definitely a great talent... but his whining here is moronic. And as you said, why the need to slam Butler? Butler said nothing.

For me this lack of mental toughness shown by Sander or Ward is just what's the difference between truly elite players and simply great players. It seems like they are more concerned about how they look in the opinion of the public/media than winning games.
