Lane Johnson just told the media that Alshon Jeffrey was playing with broken ribs. Not sure Jeffrey was on the injury report....hmm.

Why come out and say that? What purpose does it serve? So the fans and followers feel some level of sympathy for him? For the Iggles? To make an excuse for him?

AJ screwed up. Hes a helluva player but it is what it is. To make excuses for him is an insult to AJ.

The Eagles are finally dead. They looked like they were coming back again after the Saints missed FG.

Im not sold on the Saints anymore. Brees looked mortal and they are not lighting up the scoreboard anymore. Its been a struggle for some time now. The Rams have more firepower.

Brees’ had some throws that were wobbling like crazy. Also couldn’t get enough on the first play of the game. Was an easy TD and he underthrew it for a pick

Saints won’t lose in the dome. 9-7 eagles team is different from the rams. If we make it there we will be matched up with the saints and it’ll suck because in Atlanta the crowd would be mostly saints fans.

I thought they hated saints in ATL

It's pretty bad for the Eagles if Jeffrey had a rib injury and the NFL didn't know about it.. Big violation if true. Probably get awarded a draft pick by Goodell..
