No hesitation at all. He snags it and runs it in. Boomshakalaka

That, it did.
I kept waiting for it to sink in...
And then, a few weeks ago, it hit me: That is just too much to absorb.
I've been on a High, ever since...
And I don't believe that the Universe will ever seem the same.
The greatest Coach of All Time and the greatest QuarterBack of All Time have led the greatest Dynasty of All Time into the Super Bowl...and yet are getting plastered.
...And not in a good way.
And then we mount the most epic ComeBack Victory in Super Bowl History!!
A ComeBack Victory Light Years beyond any previous ComeBack Victory.
A ComeBack Victory that dwarfs all previous ComeBack Victories.
What was it that somebody said in that awesome Video ~ awesome despite the presence of that vile, thieving, parasitical, disloyal ScumBag, Dennis Leary ~ about the RedSox that culminated ~ after editing!! ~ with the indescribably awesome 2004 Season?
If it'd been a Movie, it would've been a bad Movie...
Why? Because the Plot was flat out ridiculous.
Being a Yankee ~ being a Patriots & Red Sox & Celtics & Bruins Fan ~ has become the Fan equivalent of a medically dangerous overreaction to a dose of Viagra!!
I always take off the day after a Patriot's Super Bowl, I always joke that I'm not gonna get any sleep whether they win or lose.
OP, you are not alone. Seems like this gazoo geek in this thread is waiting for it to sink in as well: Patriots 2017 - State of Franchise
He is still so stunned by what Brady did to his team, and just refuses to accept the outcome, that he believes that game was proof of Brady's decline.

My take on their season. They won't dominate like years past. I agree with gazoo's and vandy's write up earlier. Brady is in decline. The system is what made him. Can't expect a 40 year to keep performing at such a high level. Cooks is a good WR but I don't think he's going to be worth all the talk. Plus they lost Blount. A major force.
Everything had to go perfect on several occasions. (Two 2 point conversions etc) Not just for one drive. That's the mind-blowing thing about it!
After escaping doom on the almost pick above, the Pats continued that trend with the Bennett hold and subsequent dumb Bennett screen, leading to just a FG. The inability to finish drives in the 2nd quarter was such a stark contrast to the 4th quarter and OT. It's fascinating to rewatch.
The amazing part of the comeback was the players reaction. They never lost faith in their abilities. They didn't panic they did their job . I don't think any other team could have pulled off that comeback. BB has that team prepared and ready to play. He was so calm during that game it reassured the players that they were never truly out of the game.
All I remember thinking was we need a strip sack or a pick. I see high come around the edge, immediately thought... he's gonna strip him and we're gonna recover. It happened. Right then and there I just had a feeling we were comin back
Only thing that irks and confuses me: BB talking so much to Go-to-hell in the podium when the whole team was celebrating.
The thing that irks me the most is how the fuhrer shakes Brady's hand and he grabs and pulls him twice by the hand. Totally messed up. What a piece of ****.
I liked Belichick's reaction to the FG after the game. "Well. We needed three...you know, to make it a two score game. So, that was OK."Even more remarkable is that it actually didn't. They finally get the TD promptly doink the XP. They get a terrific 3rd down conversion to Bennett and two sacks later they only get 3 out of it. An outstanding KO is wiped out immediately with a single blown coverage. And despite having all the momentum to start the tying possessio, the first play is nearly a sack and an interception.
That they just kept coming despite the already long odds and the unfortunate plays is truly impressive.
The one thing that really goes unnoticed was how prepared our defense was. Outside of the plays where Freeman got loose, everything was contested. We contested all of Julio's catches, Hoopers td, and their big play to Gabriel only happened because he tripped Butler. If we hadn't given them momentum with the fumble, it sort of feels like we could have held their vaunted offense completely in check.
I have to say this sb win feels very different from the others. I felt the most joy from sb49 but this one has given me a feeling of completion that is hard to explain. After all of the other sb wins I always thought about instantly repeating but this one feels like a conclusion and no-one would be surprised if everyone in the organization simultaneously retired and road off into the sunset.
