Sorry but your logic is nonsensical.

Clearly if the medical staff determines by playing it would make the injury more severe and long term you sit him. That goes with out saying.

His injury is a minor sprain.

You want to put High under glass because you are afraid he can't make it through the season.

Football players play football.

The Patriots need to win games.

The team needs him to play vs a very potent offense.

He is important to this defense.

He plays.

Harris and Roberts will be a part of equations here as well. Id like to see High used all over actually . hopefully with Marsh (and Langi when he recovers) they get good on the line edge alternative, Wise looks surprisingly ready so that opens some other D looks as well..

I think the base has to be nickel not dime and that solves a lot.
