Does SI Still Do The SB Champions Package?

In the past it's always been the dvd of the game, nice hardcover book and football. I'm just curious if they still do that. Since it's been awhile since the last SB win it's something that I haven't actively looked at. I don't see anything on the SI site.

Seattle & Green Bay got a Blu Ray not a jacket though, maybe that will change when the Blu Ray is available?
