If I wanted to see backups playing I'd say yes
 
Hmmm. I wonder about an 18-game season, with the existing divisions, and 4 division games against each of the other teams in the division, for a total of 12 division games each season. I wonder if there'd be bench-clearing brawls by the time division rivals met each other for the 4th time in the season.

I am in favour of 18 games to expand the international series in London. That is pretty much it!!
