Moss gets the exemption code for me. Anytime you can put up 23 TD’s in one season is pretty magical. He absolutely proved to all the doubters left that if Brady was given the same weapons as Manning he was not some system qb. Parcels although a douche at times, especially at the end brought winning culture, drafted 1/2 the defense of the first dynasty, brought Bill Belichick. He should be in there regardless of how butt hurt people are. He put the Patriots on the map. Live your best life and stop sweating the small stuff.
I think based upon this criteria Mack Herron belongs in.

He broke Gale Sayers' all-purpose yards record for a season, in a 1974 season which put the Patriots on the map in the modern era.

I said then that Jim Plunkett had a couple of Super Bowl victories in him. I was right; but he did it with another team.

Which reminds me that I think Plunkett belongs in the Patriots' Hall. He spilled his guts to make us winners.

This I guess is why they have a tight ship if we're to consider some NFL hall of famers with shorter tenure's here then that opens the door to other eras and I might be partial to the guys I grew up with none of the missed the 90s eras or any era prior or Moss should go in before the guys who have multiple rings and were key contributors.

I'm a softy and I'm willing to loosen things up but they still need to line up behind winners and contributors like Hightower.
