Free agent DL Darrion Scott was arrested Wednesday for "probable cause felony assault" in Eden Prarie.

This should put to an end any interest the Patriots may have had. A search warrant is out for Scott, who was cited for marijuana possession in December. He hasn't been a big name on the free agent market for obvious reasons.

What does "A search warrant is out for Scott" mean? A search warrant can't be "out" for anyone like an arrest warrant.
