I don't know if Mahomes has the composure & patience to pick apart the Colts zone. I hope not, because I DO KNOW that TB12 does.

Cheifs win. I was up almost all last night. Caught the first 21- 0 lead then slept through the 3rd and when turned on again, Indy hadn't any magic really. Bill O'B offensive calls smacked of desperation in the beginning of the game, the bombs etc. Indy won but other than the first 20 minutes, nothing much to see

RLKAG (probably 2)

Brady getting the 2013 Pats team to the AFCCG with Collie and Mulligan as receiving threats was one of his all time greatest accomplishments. Playing that particular Broncos team was the last time I thought the Pats winning a game was a real long shot.

If Pats can take care of business next week it would certainly help if the Colts are coming to town but they would have more than a punchers chance to beat the Chiefs with their weak defense.

Not being a victim of the moment right now but KC to me screams one and done. Indy can keep up with them and make an extra stop or two. Thinking like 34-30 Indy

Chiefs will win. People overrating Indy big time. Texans aren't very impressive.

The Chiefs should win and are favored but the thing with the Colts is they're the type of team who can run the ball and dink and dunk and have 8/9 minute scoring drives that's another way of putting pressure on a Chiefs team.

You also have to consider the pressure on each team, the Colts have literally zero pressure they've already gone from 1-5 to 2nd round of the playoffs in a rebuilding year, the Chiefs have all those demons and have everything to lose.

Colts. Like there balanced offense. I think they can come up with enough stops and control the ball

The fate us hosting an AFC Championship game now (and in my and many other's minds, going to a Super Bowl) rely on the Colts pulling an upset in Kansas City.

Colts open as a 5 point underdog in Vegas, which isn't too shabby.

Positives
-Andrew Luck is a better QB than Jackson/Rivers
-Colts are the 5th ranked (27.1 PPG) offense in the NFL, third in AFC after Chiefs/Pats
-The Colts have "it" right now. Swag/confidence/momentum, whatever you'd like to call it
-Colts have the 10th ranked defense (PPG) in the league, Chiefs have the 24th
-Colts are on a 5 game winning streak (10-1 in last 11) and hottest team in NFL
-Chiefs are 1-2 in their last 3 games
-The Chiefs have not won a home playoff game since 1993 (0-6, 0-2 with Reid)

Negatives
-The Colts have only beat one playoff team on the road this year, the Texans (Twice)

Very happy this is the first game next week (Saturday, 4:35pm), as I want to know what the potential road for the Pats is ASAP.
I would rather us play first

Sadly the Colts remind me of the Pats right now

I actually think the Colts have the best shot out of the remaining WC teams to beat KC at home. Andrew Luck is the best QB in the AFC outside of Mahomes and Brady and with KC's terrible defense I believe Luck can go toe-to-toe with Mahomes. Colts also have a surprisingly decent defense but that advantage is offset by playing at Arrowhead so I personally think it's a 50/50 matchup.

The trash talk on both teams boards fun

I would love to believe it but I do still think the colts are a long shot.

How crazy is it that if the colts win against KC, they would have played 2 games and know they are headed to the AFCCG before we even play our game?

At the start of the playoffs I had the Colts beating Houston and KC. No reason to change my mind now. KC has the more explosive offensive but with the loss of Hunt Indy is more balanced and has by a decent margin the better defense.

Chiefs but hope I’m wrong

On the one hand, we have a tougher game next week. On the other, Indy looks like the best team to travel and win on the road (against KC). Love our chances at home against Indy in the AFCCG rather than in arrowhead.
