Great question. If a player is inactive, the bet is voided. However, if the player is active but doesn't play, the bet is on regardless.

I would not penalize anyone in this scenario because the attempt was there to bet 10%. But let's say Mac is ruled out later today and you place bets on him to avoid betting 10%, I would call BS real quick.
