Darius Butler is another that got away, like Spires and Minifield before him. There are a few over the years, but not many. In any case he is yet another example of the assertion that BB can't pick DB talent, is erroneous and wrong, and most of all irrelevant as the teams record proves.

Darius Butler is in his 5th season and on his third team, and he's finally reached the status of "adequate" slot receiver. As a second round pick, he doesn't help the cause of BB drafting DBs, at all. He's also definitely not one that "got away". He's a guy who was busting out of the league before he finally pulled his head out of his ass late into year 4 of his career.
