Trying to be like Brady, it's an exercise to help his mechanics I believe. Trying to open up his hips while keeping his front shoulder tucked in. Hips to throw/power. Arm to guide the ball & his back foot on the ground to help his accuracy.
I've watched him more than any other player probably & can't help but see it.
