This team has its collective head up its a**. This isn't about one or even 5 players leaving, this is about a team that isn't as good as it thinks it is. And things are not going to get better if there isn't a major attitude adjustment.
ie. - no more gigling on the sidelines when your down 17 - 0 ( Mankins ). Get out of bounds ( Gabriel ). And I'm sick of the "we need more noise" bs Seymore and Colvin - how many millions do you make? Get the **** out there and do your god d**n job and instead of getting on the people that pay to be at the games for not cheering loud enough, give us something to cheer about!( a third down stop would be nice ). no, unfortunately this isn't a problem that has an easy or quick explanation, it's about desire, and attitude and making the most out of the little that you have. and if the team doesn't come to the realization that they are not the "perrenial powerhouse" that all the talking heads have them believing that they are, then its going to be a long, embarassing season.

Not for nothing, but couldn't you have just commented on one of the other fifty or so 'crazy po'd rant thread's that have already been started?

:rocker: Or how about letting Jake Plummer run from his endzone 12 yards for a first down. Insane. Talk about a crowd killer.

I hear ya...and when does the Coaching staff remind our defenders that you have to use your F*cking arms on a tackle. You can't just throw your head at a guy and expect him to be polite and fall down.

Yep! We lost a game and played bad. The season is over. We are not as good as we think. The players don't care. They shouldn't ask the fans for noise. They don;t have the desire. We are going to be exposed and humiliated. The FO is inept and have no idea what they are doing. ************ people are stupidly short sighted! It's one friggin game. We sucked worse last year through more games and we sucked worse the year we first won the SB after 3 weeks. Chill out. Nothing is determined after week 3 and no team is defined after week 3. If it was, we were the best team in the NFL under Pete Carroll. Fyi, check out the Patriots record in Novermber and Decmeber under BB. I know we just lost so we suck and will suck but it might be an interesting read for you anyway.

Dude, this ***whipping was three weeks in the making. We haven't looked like a super bowl contender from day one and have struggled against a couple very average teams. I'm not declaring the season over, but something needs to be done fast. I didn't once see Belichick make an angry gesture to one of his players. I would have like to have at least seen him put one foot up Brady's ass out there tonight. Maybe that would have at least woke him up a little bit.

Get out of bounds ( Gabriel ).

Actually if he had gotten out of bounds he would not have got a first down. Sometimes a player has to make a decision, get a first down or stop the clock. For what it's worth I thought Gabriel made the right decision to go upfield and get the first.
