The medicals on Ajayis knees have always been a bit problematic and combined with him being a difficult character in the lockerroom it makes sense that Gase wants to clean up the place in terms of culture. Look at Buffalo.. establishing a good organizational culture is the main pillar of sustained success.

Point taken. I was not aware his knees were that bad off. I was chalking up his lower numbers recently to teams being able to stack the line against him since he was most of the Miami offense

Ajayi is a big name but his play this year on the whole has been flat out bad. Not even average. Bad. I know he had one great season but so did Ridley.

Let's not assume this is a game changer till we see it. Yes I know he had 2 good games vs the LAC and ATL but I don't think he took over either. It was more just lots of runs than a lot of particular great ones.

Of course not and that should be obvious from the context. I am saying that Buffalo tries to get there and for that a good organizational culture is the main pillar. Sorry if it was unclear but I thought mentioning sustained success and Buffalo in the same sentence was obvious enough..
