Crazy deadline trades continue: Miami RB Jay Ajayi to PHI for a 4th rnd pick!

A 4th for the only guy on their roster capable (even if inconsistently) of putting their offense on his shoulders and winning them games? Dolphins gave up real fast.
It must be prom night in Miami

Ajayi wasn't the part of that offense that was broken. His numbers may be down, but that's because they have no QB. Doesn't make sense, but screw it. Might as well get rid of Wake and Suh while you're at it. Stoopid Fish!

I dont see your point. The medicals on Ajayis knees have always been a bit problematic and combined with him being a difficult character in the lockerroom it makes sense that Gase wants to clean up the place in terms of culture. Look at Buffalo.. establishing a good organizational culture is the main pillar of sustained success.

People care too much about what players look like on Sundays and not enough about what the do the rest of the week.

Point taken. I was not aware his knees were that bad off. I was chalking up his lower numbers recently to teams being able to stack the line against him since he was most of the Miami offense

Can have more than one running back, don’t think it necessarily says anything about Blount.

Watch out. The addition of Vajayjay will surely make the Eagles a SB threat!

Ajayi is a big name but his play this year on the whole has been flat out bad. Not even average. Bad. I know he had one great season but so did Ridley.

Let's not assume this is a game changer till we see it. Yes I know he had 2 good games vs the LAC and ATL but I don't think he took over either. It was more just lots of runs than a lot of particular great ones.

Being +15 in turnover ratio, with 15 takeaways in the last 5 games, is the pillar in Buffalo. When that stops, giving away all of their talent will cause the losses to mount.
Funny that you use Buffalo as your example of 'sustained success'. A whole month???

Of course not and that should be obvious from the context. I am saying that Buffalo tries to get there and for that a good organizational culture is the main pillar. Sorry if it was unclear but I thought mentioning sustained success and Buffalo in the same sentence was obvious enough..

Whatever BB does, expect it to be completely un-expected!

price of tuna must be down..
