now they are discussing why dungy is not a genius and why other coaches like BB and holmgren and billick are.

In part it's because he's a D coach that runs a very basic defense, the Tampa 2.

Dungy is not a great coach. He's a good coach with good coordinators. And he happens to have some amazing offensive talent on his team.

Rumor has it they waxed Dungy's testy's before washing them ... the taint also.

Do you honestly think the Colts and Manning look good tonight? Against the Falcons? With some iffy calls against the falcons? Please. This should have been a AFC top team beating to death a poor NFC team with Joey Harrington as QB.

colts havent played as well as expected but they found a way to pull through with the short rest and road trip and injuries they have had.if anything , their defense has kept them in games . So they can only improve from here on out.

well he is calling play by play like a pre game show or a golf game.just utterly useless. instead of talking about the game he frequently dives into character sketches of people in the game which has decided before hand he wants to talk about.
al michaels and madden have their flaws but michaels play by play is just so spot on for a play by play guy. iam surprised this is the best nfl n comes up with.

I agree ... also, I actually like Madden because he is so unscripted.

something which never gets mentioned is what dungy's role is in the off gameplan .i doubt very minimum. unlike BB who has his say on everything.

well..not every team wins in blowouts ..unless its the pats. Even green bay struggled for the first 10 mins today but then pulled through.
