The San Diego Chargers haven't won a playoff game yet, but team officials have met with police to discuss plans for a victory parade the day after the Super Bowl.
“They would fly in the next day, Monday at 2 p.m., and they would like to have the parade downtown at 3 p.m.,” Assistant Police Chief Joel Bryden told a City Council public safety committee meeting Wednesday .
Chargers spokesman Bill Johnston said police asked to sit down with team officials, a meeting that took place Tuesday .
