He's taking up valuable roster space better-used with a healthy body who can play defense.

The reports i heard(are they accurate) is Chung is back with a cast on one of his hands. So if hes playing with one hand thats going toeffect his ability to tackle. Is that wrong?

The part of Chung's game that the injury takes away....well put it this way, there'll be no quick snaps to the guy protecting the punter

Again nobody is arguing that Chung won't be 100% with the cast but 85% of Chung >>>>>>> 100% of Barrett, Brown, ETC. Chung is also really good at taking the backs legs out with his shoulder so the problem will mostly be if he has to reach.

Not to mention that, and perhaps most importantly, Chung makes the calls in the secondary.

chung just needs to make sure he gets a metal brace in there before they put the cast on. ..... he may not be able to grab when he makes a tackle; but he can make up for it with the POP he gives them and the ball.

Logan Mankins returned to practice, but the Patriots report he was limited due to illness; Albert Haynesworth's back kept him out of practice for the third time in the Pats' last four practices.

For the Patriots
Did not practice
DT Albert Haynesworth - back
TE Aaron Hernandez - knee
T Sebastian Vollmer - back
DL Mike Wright - concussion


PHUCK THIS all will most likely miss but Mankins (BB doesn't play players that miss practice(s) usually)
