Seems like marcus peters gets pumped up because he has 8 INTs but when i've seen him play I don't really see what all the praise is about. Yes pretty solid player but some people talk like he is an elite shutdown CB.

I was about to ask if the texans play calling was smart or coward, keep getting Hoyer on 3rd and 5, 3rd and 7 is not going to make then win the game, then this happens. They need to pass on 2nd down.
