It's easy, and only takes a few moments.White threw some uncharacteristic lobs tonight, most resulting in turnovers. My guess is this is what they’re trying to do though and they need to practice. If teams are leaving the paint open, Queta is a monster at the rim. Similar to what the Mavericks did last season.Queta has been a revelation. Horford replacement? Probably not, dunno much about his 3 ability. Maybe that will come? Even then, what a great piece to have.

No, he can’t shoot, but in some ways his skill set is actually a better fit in an offense loaded with three point shooters. He’s just a menacing presence, reminds me of a modern version of Ben Wallace, but much more raw.

Kornet is the Horford replacement if only Mazzulla would give him those shots. Kornet was a 35% 3-point shooter with the Knicks in his first two years in the league.
I think he just takes too long to move to a perimeter spot and also to wind up the shot. He can hit them if they’re uncontested but he’s slow.Great point about "uncharacteristic lobs", and great guess about teams leaving the paint open. It looked to me that White's lobs were off and Queta was a bit confused as well.
Without a big that can shoot the three, the lane is more cluttered to a driving Tatum or Brown. I much prefer Horford or Porzi who can shoot the three. I have never understood why Kornet does not try a three. Do you know?
Yeah I think thats the reason. They are a quick pop and shoot team.I think he just takes too long to move to a perimeter spot and also to wind up the shot. He can hit them if they’re uncontested but he’s slow.
Yeah I agree C’s are better, but the Sixers and Bucks over the Cavs? Vegas clearly valuing star power over team efficiency. I don’t know if that forecast is accurate or not in today’s NBA.Why would they? Nice story, overachieving but they can't compete in a 7 game series against the Celtics if they are healthy. Nobody can really. Maybe OKC in the Finals but even then. SGA is a nice player but not on the level of Tatum and Brown as overall BB players. My opinion of course.
Thankfully I'm watching the Cs broadcast. Qeuta moves pretty damn well.Doris Burke: “Celtics are an iso heavy team”
Joe might be looking for a spark. Trying different combos. Now they have DW, JH, PP, SH, LK.
Rotations make no sense tonight.
