I’m not sure. I watched the replay in slo mo, and I didn’t think he actually blocked it (wasn’t awarded the block on the stat sheet either.) He clearly misdirected the shot though.

Cowens!! Silas. Jojo. Larrrrryyy!!!
Chief. McHale. DJ!! Truth. KG etc etc.
Derrick White is on my short list of my all-time favorite Celtics.
Just a great player and a really cool dude.

The two players most responsible for the team’s occasional struggles and failure to meet lofty expectations are LeBron James and Steph Curry.

Curry looks old and cooked out there; he’s not athletic anymore to get by with even adequate defense.

LeBron is the biggest chemistry destroyer in NBA history. All the ball movement stops when he’s on the court. I just hate his game so much.

These two should be benched but Kerr is trying to act tough with other players instead.

Would have been great to see a US Basketball 3X3 team with Jaylen Brown, Donovan Mitchell, and Tyrese Maxey. Just saying…

..there is NO legit reason either should have been DNP.
To me, it looks like a case of The Coach trying to show who's boss, as in " I got more rings than you". Ok,Steve, it's been a while since you won a ring and you certainly ain't no Popovich. Coaches need to check their egos as well.

Exactly. DNP-CD is absurd.

If you look at the 1992 team Daly alternated starts and minutes for each player and kept everyone reasonably content with their role on the team.

Instead Kerr is creating issues that are completely unnecessary....unless these decisions are coming from somewhere/someone else and there is one person I can think of.

Trying to show them whose boss while being Steph Curry’s *****. Holiday and White are much better than Curry for this this team’s composition. Even Celtics haters are acknowledging this on Twitter.

Curry should be the one getting ~15 minutes. Kerr doesn’t want to upset his own superstar player. It’s a bad look to “send a message” but do nothing about Curry, whose dogshit game yesterday was a sight to behold. Curry needs to hit 3s just to be a neutral player since his defense is such a liability. He was 0/9 yesterday.

I know we shouldn't be greedy, we're the #1 all-time nba franchise.
But how many more titles would we have won if the Bias and Reggie Lewis tragedies hadn't happened and Hayward doesn't get injured?
Bias and Reggie get us between 3-5 more alone.

LMAO. I'm drunk( I NEVER get drunk,it's been many,many months) but I'm home sick with some nasty bug and couldn't do my usual 3-4 hour workouts so I got drunk cuz I'm pissed that I can't.
