Celtics 2023 - 2024 Discussion

Celtics will beat the Knicks fairly easily. 6 games max.

Pacers are such a wild card I’d would prefer to avoid them. I find that matchup difficult to predict. I think the Celtics would win but the Pacers are like a powder keg that may or may not go off every game.
I see what you're saying, but I would still prefer the Pacers. The Celtics should and I think will beat either in six games max, but the knicks are a much tougher team. The Pacers are pretty gutless and even though they might go off for a game or two I don't see them having any chance to win the series

If Knicks had Randle and OG.. we don't beat them.. Brunson no one can stop in the league but maybe McDaniels.
Huh? Why not? OG makes them a lot better, I’ll give you that, but the Celtics would still be overwhelming favorites.

Let me re-phrase that. It would be more daunting if those guys played. Randle is tough, so is OG. Guys a tough perimeter defender.

I was wondering why the Knicks/Pacers game wasn’t on until tomorrow. The Indiana Fever (wnba) play their home opener tonight.
Just in case anyone else was wondering the same thing.

That’s cute

Yep. They should win....I think? Strange series.
It seems one of the teams will win game 7 by 70 points. We just don’t know which one.

I like Denver to win it. They seem inevitable. I’m definitely rooting for Minnesota, not they they’d be an easy out. If I had to predict how Celtics would fare against either, I think Denver over us in 6, and we’d beat Minnesota in 7.

It would be very nice to beat Denver in 5 or 6.

i don't think ive ever seen a player thats injured as much as this guy. Hes great when he plays, but that seems like 50 pec of the games

The NBA playoffs are great this season. Changing of the guard type of year. The new superstars advancing to these later rounds are a lot of fun to watch.

Yeah, it's tough on the body being that tall.
Makes you really appreciate the greatness of Kareem, being dominant even at 40.

Greatest Lakers of all time:

1. Magic. This is indisputable.
2. Kareem. Also indisputable.
3. Kobe
4. Shaq
5. West
6. Baylor
Sorry but neither LeBron nor AD come even close to cracking the top 6.
I'd probably put Mikan at #7.
AD has a chance to reach #6, but he'd need multiple NBA titles to do it.
C's are the better franchise overall but Lakers obviously have had more star power.

LeBron won a tournament at a YMCA and an in season hybrid tournament and they’ll built him a statue.
